Q: I won't have my money to pay for the books on the sale weekend, what should I do?
A: No problem, we have a no-cost deferred payment program that you can use on our website at checkout or just bring your ID and debit or credit card when you pick up your books and we'll charge the card on the agreed upon date.

Q: Do I need a coupon code to get 15% off?
A: No, the website will reflect the 15% off during the sale.

Q: How long do I get to keep the rental?
A: Rentals are due the day after the Spring semester ends: December 14th, 2018

Q: Do you price match rentals?
A: We guarantee to be cheaper, but if we're not we can fix it.

Q: What if I'm not in town for the sale?
A: We're open 24/7 online at www.volstatebooks.com. All orders placed during the week are eligible for the sale. You can pick up your order when you come in town.

Q: I like to buy my books instead of renting because I may need them. Why should I rent?
A: We have a no-risk rental which means your full rental price can be applied to the purchase price at the end of the semester.

For example, if the rental price is $25 and the purchase price is $75, you would pay $50 to keep the book at the end of the semester.

Q: What if I end up not needing a book?
A: You have until August 31st to return for a full refund. That gives you a chance to attend a full week of classes and decide if you need the item or not.

A: 8am-5pm Friday, August 17th

9am-4pm Saturday, August 18th
