Option 1: Returning In-store or Using Our Drop-Off Box

  • Rental(s) can be returned In-Store during current store hours or by using our contactless 24/7 Drop-Off Box.  Our current store hours are 9 a.m - 5 p.m..

  • If you are unable to make it to our Gallatin, TN location, but would still prefer to return your book(s) in-store, you are also more than welcome to return them to our Murfreesboro, TN location.  Their current store hours can be found here.  If you do choose to return your rental(s) to this location, please let them know which school you are returning them for and they will give us a call while you are there to ensure that your rental(s) are checked in! 

      • The Murfreesboro Textbook Brokers is located at 1321 Greenland Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37130.


Option 2: Ship your rentals back to Textbook Brokers - Gallatin

Please follow these steps to return your Summer textbook rental(s) back to us.

    •  Step 1:  LOCATE YOUR RENTALS:
      • There is a sticker with the due date and your name on the back of each of your rental textbooks.

      • If you are unsure of the rentals you have out, send an email to with your name & phone number and we will email you back with the books that you have rented.

    • Step 2:  BOX THEM UP:
      • Please make sure that all items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during the shipping process. Fill any empty spaces with clean filler.  Please include a piece of paper with your name & preferred phone number in the box, so that we are able to contact you if there is an error. 

    • Step 3:  SHIP THEM TO US:
      • We advise that you ship your rental returns back to us through your local post office using the Media Mail service. This will be your cheapest option that also includes tracking information.

      • You can also ship your rentals back using FedEx or UPS, if you wish.

      • Please make sure that you have filled out this form & have provided us with tracking information ON or BEFORE 12/9/21 to ensure that we have noted your account so that you will not be charged a late fee. 


    • Step 4:  ENTER YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION into the Rental Check-In Form.

Collection Authorization

I will not cancel or exceed the purchasing limits of the credit or debit card above until the rented textbooks are either returned to Textbook

Brokers or the Non-return Fees are paid. If the credit or debit card is declined the patron account will be suspended and sent to a Third Party Collection Agency. I will be responsible for paying all Collection Fees assessed by the Third Party Collection Agency. Textbook Brokers will make reasonable efforts to process transactions in a timely manner. I agree not to hold Textbook Brokers responsible in the event Textbook Brokers does not credit or debit my credit or debit card for a period of time due to circumstances beyond its control. Textbook Brokers makes no guarantees regarding the processing time for charges. 
I agree, in order for Textbook Brokers to service my account or to collect any amount I may owe, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, Textbook Brokers or a designated Third Party Collection Agency are authorized to  (i) contact me by telephone at the telephone number(s) in the patron contact account information I am providing, including wireless telephone numbers, which could result in charges to me,  (ii) contact me by sending text messages (message and data rates may apply) or emails, using any email address I provide and/or (iii)  methods of contact may include using pre-recorded/artificial voice message and/or use of an automatic dialing device, as applicable. I also agree, if my rental is eligible to be returned to Textbook Brokers, I will still be liable for a service fee assessed by the Third Party Collection Agency.

I have read this disclosure and agree that the Lender/Creditor may contact me as described above.
